TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment terms: Net 30 days on acceptance of a completed credit application by our credit department. All overdue accounts are subject to a 2% interest charge per month. (24 % annually)

First time orders require a 50% deposit ( + artwork and plate costs if applicable). The balance is to be paid on completion of order.

“NSF” Cheques: Subject to a $30.00 charge.

All products subject to all applicable taxes

Returns: All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. All returned products subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Custom orders cancelled after production are subject to a charge based on cost of materials and labor.
